What is here, what is shareable, and what remains private?
The Atlas has two evidence boundaries. The private preserved edition proves what existed and retains the complete working context. This shareable edition includes only material screened for distribution and describes—but does not expose—excluded artifacts.
What the evidence shows
What supports this answer
- The private 2026-08-25 snapshot contains the six principal Excel workbooks and supporting platform sources with a checksum manifest.
- The public edition includes the balanced-scorecard share copy, curated ER Visual Delivery v2.0.1, the Wilbraham Atlas illustration and method note, and selected explanatory documents covering operating control, database quality, service dependencies, and scenario methods.
- Personal follow-up fields, uncertain photograph rights, operational paths, credentials, and unsupported working artifacts are not silently copied into the public package.
Why it matters
How this changes the question
Preservation and publication are different responsibilities. Proving that work existed before a date does not require distributing every private field, local path, or unfinished artifact to every reader.

Inventory each artifact, its source, date, role, and checksum.

Review workbook metadata, links, comments, personal fields, provenance, rights, and maturity before public inclusion.

List excluded items and the reason, so absence is never mistaken for nonexistence.

Version and checksum the final shareable release separately.

- This package documents creation and state; it is not a legal opinion about ownership, employment, copyright, trademark, or public-record obligations.
- CivicSS and CSKE are presented with ™ as claimed marks; registration is not represented.
- The opening illustration is an AI-assisted interpretive composition, not a surveyed map, architectural record, or claim that every building detail and spatial relationship is exact.
- Future releases may add sanitized or rights-cleared artifacts without changing the private preserved originals.
