What outside services support the platform—and can we leave them safely?
A service provider is not the product. The platform keeps a separate inventory of what Cloudflare, Squarespace, Airtable, the Excel database driver, AI tools, and legacy services do—and what must be preserved, exported, verified, or retired if a provider changes.

What supports this answer
- The current register distinguishes confirmed providers and products from provisional identifications, legacy services, and planned retirements.
- It separates package built, quality checked, ready for Cloudflare, uploaded, connected to a domain, linked from the public site, adopted as current, and approved as official data. Those are different states.
- The documented flow connects public sources to governed loading, PostgreSQL, UAT, Master Control, accepted reporting contracts, Cloudflare delivery, Squarespace navigation, and resident use.
- Softr and Mailchimp have explicit retirement checklists so content, consent, unsubscribe history, exports, domains, and accounts are not abandoned or silently lost.

How this changes the question
A civic system should not become trapped inside one vendor or confuse a hosting milestone with approval. Portability and orderly decommissioning protect the evidence, the public experience, and Sherie’s ability to explain what the platform itself actually is.

Name both the provider and the exact product or service used.

Record purpose, data handled, account owner, access model, costs, dependencies, backups, exports, and exit conditions in protected or public-safe form as appropriate.

Keep deployable packages and portable source copies independent of the current host.

Preserve consent, records, redirects, and validated exports before closing a service.

Verify the replacement path before declaring decommissioning complete.
Limits and unresolved work
What this does not yet prove
- Rasterbator and Geocodio remain provisional workflow or product identifications pending confirmation.
- Softr’s final account closure and the planned Mailchimp retirement are not represented as complete.
- Exact account identifiers, credentials, license keys, protected contacts, and security details belong in a restricted inventory, not this public Atlas.
- The Actual ODBC Driver evaluation can limit an unlicensed query to three rows; exact license and version state still require protected verification.
